For my latest “Eat Live Love San Fernando Valley” adventure, I’ll take you to the Kobee Factory and Syrian Kitchen in Van Nuys. There, I’ll be speaking with Nermeen Ghreir, the daughter of owner/head chef Wafa Ghreir, about what makes their cuisine unique.
