The 70’s are back! Bodevi Wine and Espresso Bar has a decor, atmosphere, and vibe from that era while serving wine, coffee, charcuterie boards and more. They are located in San Fernando next to the Truman House Tavern, a place we featured earlier this year on Eat Live Love SFV. Joeleen and Miguel, the owners of Bodevi, opened up this place so they could serve a better wine selection right next door. They also added espresso and pastries to their menu to give customers even more choices.

Miguel, Joeleen’s husband, built this place himself. This couple is known for the fun spaces they create. That is why Bodevi has that vibe and ambiance of a great place where anyone can come and relax whether it be for a great meal, after dinner with friends, celebrate an event, or get your coffee fix to start your day.

Aside from wine, Bodevi is also known for their charcuterie plates and little bites. They make great charcuterie boards that they build with a selection of their gourmet cheeses – dairy and non-dairy, Gouda, vegan goat cheese which they make in-house, salami, jamon, and then pair that with some great wine sourced from California and the world.

Now for the espresso. Bodevi’s espresso program was built by the owner of House Roots. That is why they exclusively use House Roots espresso beans. All of their staff were trained on how to make a delicious latte. They also make their own calimocho base that is dairy free. It is absolutely delicious and tastes like a brownie.
