The concept of The Fries Factory is simple but ingenious. It takes a lot of things that people love like pizza, Korean barbecue, carne asada, etc. and combines it with french fries! Each ingredient is hand-picked to serve the best possible food for you to enjoy. Scott Himelstein joins owner Adam, who says their fries remain crispy for 40 minutes!
In this episode, Scott tries the Bulgogi Kimchi loaded fries. It is The Fries Factory’s most loaded fries. It has bulgogi beef, kimchi, cheese sauce, shredded jack and cheese, sesame seeds, cilantro, sriracha and wasabi aioli. There’s about ten ingredients that go in it! To top it off, they also serve some killer desserts and drinks.
