Open for the past 8 years, Hand Brewed Beer, has been serving the San Fernando Valley, delivering a variety of beers packed full of flavor. Hand-Brewed Beer was inspired by the fact that co-founder Brian and his friends started brewing in their backyard when they were in college. That is why their tasting room and patio feels like home and sitting in your own backyard.
One of their core beers that they have on tap is the Deez Nut Brown Ale. It is the beer that started the brewery. It may not always be their number one seller, but it is the one dearest to the owner’s heart. It is made from a nut brown ale which gives its very nutty and roasted taste compared to a lot of other browns out there. Aside from that, they usually have seven (7) to eight (8) core beers regularly that they tend to rotate in and out. Currently, they recently expanded and now have up to 24 taps available.
Aside from good beers, Hand-Brewed Beer now offers great pizza pies. In this episode of Eat Live Love San Fernando Valley, Scott tries out the Hot Honey pizza – one of the best sellers. It is made up of Habanero peppers, Italian sausages and then drizzled with a little bit of hot honey with chilies on the top.
