Pozi’s Fresh Grill is named after its owner/chef, Pozi. It has been around for over 45 years, with 11 years being owned by Pozi himself. Pozi can be found there seven (7) days a week which is a testimony to the fact that he loves what he does. Almost everything in Pozi’s Fresh Grill is done in-house, from the sauces, hummus, tabbouleh salad, and more. Pozi wouldn’t settle for anything less!
In this episode of Eat Live Love San Fernando Valley, Scottis trying the plate of chicken breast souvlaki kebob. It is prepared using well-picked chicken tenderloin – not regular breast but the filet of the breast. It is natural and antibiotic-free. It is served with rice, Pozi’s home-made hummus, a Greek salad with feta cheese and olives. Pozi also makes up second plate of beef kebab that is served again with rice, hummus and Pozi’s home-made tabouli that is gluten-free. The third item is the gyro, their most popular item, that comes with a California salad, with avocado on top. All dishes are served with falafel on the side. But wait there’s more. Topping off this feast are 2 two (2) kinds of fries – feta and aioli fries.
